But this morning when He went into in to his AOL account, he found that all his emails had been deleted and the inbox folder was empty.

So he immediately called me and asked for help to recover all the deleted emails. When I opened his account, I found that he had a filter active in his account which deleted all the emails. I deleted that filter and moved all the emails from the trash back to the inbox. Now he is very happy to have his emails back.
