If you are a diabetes patient, you should control your eating habits first. You should always avoid the fruits and meals that contain high sugar. also, you should consume fewer carbohydrates. Because this kind of food increases the blood sugar level.
Here is the list of some fruits, that you should avoid-
Foods that you should avoid in diabetes-
1. Whites bread
5. And other Trans fat foods.
Start doing physical activity-
You should always plan to put your self in some kind of physical activity like- outdoor games, walk or running etc.

I agree with Brenda. you can easily decrease the blood sugar level by controlling your eating habits.

You can use neem plant to reduce blood sugar level. Neem has the capability to reduce sugar level. You can use its green leaves for reducing sugar level.

According to me sweating is the best remedies for many types of disease. You will never face these problems if your sweating process is working fine and body is discharging bad materials in the form of sweating.
