Firstly, I am fed up with the sbcglobal mail login problems. Whenever I need to do something in my email. I am getting some troubles all the time.
I honestly, don’t know what should I do to fix this kind of problem.
Like- today, when I was trying to access my sbcglobal global account. It starts saying, Sorry! We can’t recognize this account.
I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Why is it saying so?
I am using the same account for the last six years. Why is it not recognizing my email address today?September 10, 2019 at 12:59 pm #5162James L. HammerParticipant
There can be multiple reasons behind we can’t recognize this email account error message. Firstly let’s begin with the browser issues.
When you can’t sign in to sbcglobal email account and getting this error message in revert, you should try to log in your account on the different device using the different browser.
If you can sign in successfully, it proves the issue related to the web browser.
In this case, first of all, you should clean your web browser by deleting the cookies and cache on your browser.
Now try to sign in again and see if you are getting the same error message or it is different.
At&t has banned or deleted Your Account-
If you still getting the same error message. In this case, your account has been removed by the att services. That’s why your sbcglobal email is not working.
This can happen due to the two common reasons.
- Spamming activity.
- Someone has deleted your account purposely.
If you did any spamming activity recently and someone has reported about it.
Att service has the authority to delete your account, and they will do precisely that.September 10, 2019 at 1:11 pm #5166Kay N. GrijalvaParticipant
It seems like- someone had unauthorized access to your sbcglobal email account, and they had deleted it. That’s why you are unable to access the email account and getting the not available error message.
In this situation, you can call ATT email services and ask them about the situation.ai only they can retrieve your account. Otherwise, you should forget about this account and create a new account.
