What are the benefits of yoga?

    I have heard lots of about yoga for the last few months. One of my friends is also doing it and advise me also to do yoga.

    Are there any benefits of yoga or its just viral news?

    Yoga is already described. Yoga can say “Yog” and meaning of word yog in the Hindi language is called addition. It means yoga can add anything means positive.

    Yoga can feel lots of positiveness in life. There are lots of things and humans around us who always criticize or de-motivate us. It creates anxiety or negativity. Yoga can remove it.

    There are lots of benefits of yoga which increase your mental and physical power. It expedites body cells to cure any type of physical infliction and increase your life.

    There are some points below which describe advantages of yoga-

    • Yoga removes the blockage of veins and increases the flexibility of muscles. It makes muscles strong.
    • In yoga, we intake lots of breath in a symmetric way, which increases the amount of oxygen in the body and cells. The good rhythm of breathing continuously strong the lungs.
    • We don’t know exactly how, but yoga fixes the disturbed metabolism of the body. A good metabolism is responsible for strong cells and energy.
    • Yoga reduces weight. Weight is one of the biggest issue every second man on the earth. I am glad to say yoga reduces unnecessary fats.
    • In yoga sometimes we have to stay calm for a few minutes. It is very beneficial for mental health. It calms your mind and starts healing damage cells.

    Yoga can help to away from Doctors and medicine. In simple words, Yoga keeps your organs fit and healthy.

    Yoga has few steps which work on many organs. Like one step I read about it “Anulom Vilom”. It makes your lungs strong. Anulom and vilom increase the capturing volume of air and it gives lots of oxygen to the body.

    More oxygen makes more blood and keeps the body strong.

    There are lots of benefits of yoga. I can say it because I got the remarkable effect of yoga on me. A few days back I don’t believe in yoga things.

    My age is 41 and I got flash eating tumor in my blood. It is just like cancer. Doctor’s was prescribed for cancer medicines. One of my family members has an Indian friend who teaches yoga here in Ohio.

    He told me to do yoga also with my medicine. I started yoga under his supervision. Starting was very boring but after a few days, I found something really peaceful in my mind and soul. It helps me a lot in healing even my doctor was also surprised.

    Till that day I am doing yoga and today I am 62 years old. So, according to me, yoga can heal any disease.

    I did share my experience. Hope you will do some changes in your life.
