    I am a working person with 9 to 5 job timing. What would be the best diet plan for summer season?

    Many people left their meal in summer. Skipping meal is very bad for health. You can change types of meal in the summer season.

    Fruits are best for summer. Lots of fruits become available in the summer season market. You can choose mango, banana,  watermelon, muskmelon, citron melon, Papayas, grapes, lychee.

    You can make fruit mixture and eat as a meal. Even you can also take fruit shake with milk.

    According to my opinion, the best diet for summer is liquid diet. I do increase the intake of liquid food rather than solid food. It makes me energetic and fulfills the body moisture.
